Return & Refund Policy

At UNTAG, every product is made-to-order through our print partner (Qikink). This means we do not keep ready stock, and each item is printed specially for you.

Because of this, our return and refund policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • Once the order goes into production, it cannot be cancelled.


    Refund for Cancelled Orders

    • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days

     COD Orders

    • COD orders may be cancelled automatically if:
      • Not confirmed
      • Marked suspicious

    Misuse of Cancellation

    We reserve the right to:

    • Block accounts with repeated cancellations
    • Disable COD for such user

2. Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:

Eligible Cases:

  • Received a damaged product
  • Received a defective print
  • Received the wrong item/size/design
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

 Not Eligible:

  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Slight color variation (due to screen differences)
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

3. Replacement Policy (Primary Resolution)

Since products are made on demand, we do not offer traditional returns.

Instead:

  • Eligible issues will receive a free replacement at no extra cost.
  • In rare cases, a refund may be issued if replacement is not possible.

4. Proof Required

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Photos showing the issue
  • Order ID

Without proper proof, we may not be able to process your request.


5. Timeframe to Report Issues

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests after this period will not be accepted

6. Refund Process (If Applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

7. Size Issues

Please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering.

We do not offer returns/exchanges for incorrect size selection.


8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
