At UNTAG, all products are made-to-order and shipped directly from our production partner.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Since this is a print-on-demand product, production starts after order confirmation
2. Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders (recommended)
- COD charges (if applicable): ₹49–₹99
4. Order Tracking
- Tracking details are shared via email/SMS within 48 hours
- You can track your order anytime using the provided link
5. Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Courier issues
- Weather or external disruptions
We appreciate your patience in such cases.
6. Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details
- Orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses may get delayed or returned
- No refund for such cases
7. Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin)
If an order is returned due to:
- Customer not available
- Wrong address
- Refusal to accept
Re-shipping will require prepaid payment + shipping charges
